The 2nd to 4th floors consist of IDC machine rooms and power battery rooms, with 4 IDC main module rooms and 4 power battery room modules on each floor, 1 small machine room, and 1 testing room.

Each main module computer room on floors 2-3 has an area of approximately 390 square meters (28.8mX13.55m) and can accommodate 170 racks; The area of each main module computer room on the 4th floor is approximately 333 square meters (24.6mX13.55m), and 401-403 can accommodate 147 racks. Each small computer room can accommodate 16 racks, and the testing room can accommodate 7 racks. The area of the small computer room on floors 2-4 is approximately 65m ² (13m * 5m), and the testing room is approximately 30m ² (6m * 5m)
